Do you know that Acne clogs your pores, which can make your pores more noticeable. But you can treat it by using a cleanser containing salicylic acid. Studies show salicylic acid can unclog pores. Some cleansers containing salicylic acid are gentle enough to use every day.
However, if the salicylic acid dries or irritates your skin, try alternating cleansers such as cleansers containing stearic acid (As a surfactant, stearic acid is a powerful cleanser). You can use it mildly- I use lots of I stearic acid in most of my body cleansers and scrubs.
The more sun damaged your skin, the less firmness it has. When skin starts to lose its firmness, pores look more noticeable. Applying a broad-spectrum, water resistant sunscreen with an SPF 30+ helps prevent sun-damaged skin. To protect your skin, apply organic sunscreen every day — even when it’s raining or cold outside. Every time the sun’s rays hit our skin, they can damage our skin. This damage builds up over time.
Exfoliating may make pores less noticeable. To get the results you want, you need to exfoliate safely to avoid damaging your skin. Also, if exfoliating your skin makes you uncomfortable or you aren’t sure this is right for you, a board-certified dermatologist be of help.
Be gentle with your skin
Scrubbing your face won’t make it any cleaner, but scrubbing can irritate your skin, which can make your pores look larger. Picking at, squeezing, or digging into your pores can also irritate your skin, making pores look more noticeable. For these reasons, you want to be very gentle with your skin. Never over scrub, rub, pick at, or squeeze the skin on your face.
Treat sagging skin
As we age, our skin loses its firmness and starts to sag. Pores look larger when skin sags. Examine your skin and if you wish to tighten your skin then by all means you can improve your skicare routine using very simple healthy methods startinng with a good diet, exercise and good organic skin firming product.
“When it comes to skincare, we believe that dramatic transformation shouldn’t involve too much sacrifice or compromise. However, some scary lab-crafted synthetic products or should I say not-so-natural/organic beauty products end up in our home and seems to achieve quiet an impressive results, but often at the cost of damaging side effects both on our skin and beneath it. Some damage just sit tight waiting to get passed down to the next generation. But In the sea of marketing gimmicks, skincare buzzwords and one-off endorsements of so called “miracle whitening serums, body creams, scrubs and butters etc”, the real question is, how do you discern the real efficacy of those fancy brands with huge followers”?
There has to be a better way right? Yes, the only way is when your skin reacts or you smartly read the contents of the products you are about to put on your skin. But what if they don’t say much about the ingredients used? in that case you should be weary of such products.
Let’s have some fun while we deicided what to do and find out a few details about skin reactions to skincare products. I made this post becuase I’ve decided to share more insight about the reason most people use very little and get maximum results while other just get stuck in between.
This post concerns those who react to products that are supposed to work and give that flawless skin but instead they wound up with breakouts so bad that is scared the Heebie-jeebies out of their life!
Seriously? I get that alot, being a skincare formulator it’s kinda challenging but interesting to manage a raging skin with countless alergies “sensitive skin”. I don’t like it but if I am to count myself as a self proclaimed skin care formulator then I should be able to come up with a sound solution and a permanent one for that matter.
If you follow what I mean then say aii if not say neii- lolz 😂, ok, kidding
Let go back to history lane why do we even have breakouts and what are the diffrent types of breakouts Check out this post to learn more
Let’s see what the dermatologists are saying about acne and how it’s diagnosed keep reading…
How do dermatologists diagnose acne?
How dermatologist diagnose acne?
A dermatologist will first examine your skin to make sure you have acne. Other skin conditions can look like acne. If you have acne, the dermatologist will:
Grade the acne. Grade 1 is mild acne. Grade 4 is severe acne.
Note what type, or types, of acne appear on your skin.
How do dermatologists treat acne?
I do understand the frustration when you have practically tried every best cream on the counter, expensive, nameless products and high class designers made product yet you still end up with same or no results at all. Believe me I get it!
Well, in all my years of dealing with breakouts and others experiences in dealing with acne, plus my countless researches, yet when I come face to face with had to deal with argurmentative dividuals I find myself struggling to spell out my name- just to prove a pointless point!
You may wanna ask why they argue, well, do you blame them? they have tried all they could lay their hands on financially and otherwise just to look good yet they didnt get the result they sought. So, it’s kinda like fair if they end up arguring with you the whole day.
This might sound offensive to some but before you go into an argurment do your verifications, perform an intensive research from reliable source. Also, do avoid seeping in too many information which might end up being useless and counter productive to you.
Today, millions of women worldwide are seeking for one way or the other to improve their skincare routine. And what is the truth? The truth is, in other to maintain a quality skin you must cleanse yourself starting from the inside and must take plenty of fluid and good diet too and oh, plus exercice.
It doesnt matter what I do, the most success I had ever recorded was when I detox before my skincare routine. Therefore I offer to detox my cleints and go as far as offering them a free diet 2 weeks plan- (Now a paid plan by the way)*
This does not mean that every acne treatment works for everyone who has acne. But it does mean that virtually every case of acne can be controlled if one follow the right procedure with commitment of course.
The skin texture and type matters too and I learned that those scars and deep tissue scars including pimples can actually fade with little care and affordable too. People who have mild acne have a few blemishes. They may have whiteheads, blackheads, papules, and/or pustules (aka pimples). Many people can treat mild acne with products that you can buy without a prescription. A product containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid often clears the skin but not many people come back with great results. On the other hand not everyone would record success to the treatment.
What you should know though, you won’t see the results overnight. One more thing, being clean goes a long way, you should form the good habit of properly cleansing your skin and avoid bacteria growth or molds on your soap, sponge and towels. Also, wiping a dirty hand on your face could trigger breakout and touching your mouth, nose, or eyes with dirty hands can spread things like cold. Avoid dirty pillow case and if you must, spray some bacterial killing sprays I make my own spray for my clothes, pillows and linens spray.
The easiest anti bacterial linen spray:
2 cups white distilled vinegar
1 cup distilled water
10 drops- Lemon ES Oil
10 drops -Tea tree ES Oil
15 drops-Lavender (I love adding lavender essential oil in all my relaxing oils).
Put ingredients in a spray bottle and mix together. The vinegar, tea tree and bicarbona soda works as a disinfectant (see research about bakinng soda). You use essential oil to make it smell the way you’d like. Lavender is a common favorite oil when associated with relaxing but don’t go overboard with it.
Despite the claims, acne treatment does not work overnight. At-home treatment requires 4-8 weeks to see improvement. Once acne clears, you must continue to treat the skin to prevent breakouts. Such as use good facial toners, serums, acne wash and botanical spritzs my all time favorite!
What annoys me the most?
Can’t say for sure, but I get easily upset when I find myself in a middle of breakout especially when I had to attend an important function. I also detest having to end up in a finger pointing episode- “blame game” well, I know that one can’t get it right when all you do is doing it the wrong way. No need to blame it on the products if all you do is use it once and then toss it expencting to see result from first use. Although, as said before some people can even see result from first use, but that totally depends on the skin type. Not all skin react the same. So before you ditch your prescription/product find out the following:
Have you been using it with other products ?
Do you follow instructions to the later?
Are you sure you are reacting to the product or is it something else you are using/ ate?
How good is your diet?
Have you been experiencing the same reactiong with other product?
When was your last detox and was it done properly?
How long have you been on a particular product?
Does your body/skin react when you switch to a new product?
Do you often press, tug, pull and burst your pimples when ever they show up?
When to see a dermatologist
If you have a lot of acne, cysts, or nodules, a medicine that you can buy without a prescription may not work. If you want to see clearer skin, you should be serious about your skincare routine and visit your dermatologist for a prescription if any is required.
Acne treatment that you apply to the skin
Most acne treatments are applied to the skin. Your dermatologist may call this topical treatment. There are many topical acne treatments. Some topicals help kill the bacteria. Others work on reducing the oil. The topical medicine may contain a retinoid, prescription-strength benzoyl peroxide, antibiotic, or even salicylic acid. Your dermatologist will determine what you need. By the way just becuase you skin produces oil that doesnt mean it’s unhealthy also it could mean a sign that your skin isnt doing well.
Why do you have too much oil on your face?
If you find your skin is suddenly too oily than normal or too dry, it could be a sign that you’re stripping it of its natural oils. In that case your skin could react by producing more oil which acts as a barrier to keep out dirt and other free radicals in the environment. It does this by arming itself with a healthy balance of oils that keep moisture in, and over-washing or using a product that strips your skin of this natural oil is bad for the business of maintaining that barrier. “If you’re using harsh products or not enough moisturizer, your skin will overcompensate for it and produce even more oil,” explains Eric Schweiger, MD, dermatologist, founder of Schweiger Dermatology Group and RealSelf contributor.
Get a moisturizer or serum containing hyaluronic acid rather than body oils to hydrate the skin and use a gentler cleanser, my humble recommendation is to apply oil based cleaser-by the way I cleanse my skin using oil based cleanser containing hyaluroric and it works wonders on my skin.
Please note, whether it’s a cleanser, lotion, or mask—no skin-care product should cause excess burning or stinging. “This is often a sign that you’re allergic to it,” explains S. Manjula Jegasothy, MD, dermatologist and founder of Miami Skin Institute.
By the way do you know your skin defence itself?
Known as contact dermatitis, this reaction is your skin’s defense mechanism to shield itself from the offending ingredient, whether it’s a fragrance, preservatives, or other additives. Some enzyme and acid-based masks can cause mild stinging of the skin for about a minute, but, if your skin feels like it’s on fire, do not suffer in the name of beauty—wash it off! You’re either allergic to something in the product or your skin is simply too sensitive for whatever it contains and that’s why it’s reacting to it.
Are there Acne treatment that works throughout the body?
The answer is yes, the medicine that works throughout the body may be necessary when you have red, swollen types of acne. This type of treatment is usually necessary to treat acne cysts and nodules. Your dermatologist may prescribe one or more of these:
Antibiotics (helps to kill bacteria and reduce inflammation).
Birth control pills and other medicine that works on hormones (can be helpful for women).
Isotretinoin (the only treatment that works on all that causes acne).
What can treat large facial pores?
When you look in the mirror, wish you could shrink those large pores? There’s actually a lot more you can do to make those pores less noticeable. Much of this, you can do on your own.
Here’s what dermatologists recommend.
Use only non-comedogenic skin care products and makeup:
The word “non-comedogenic” means the product won’t clog your pores. When pores clog, they expand, which can make your pores look more noticeable. To avoid clogged pores, look for one of the following terms on everything you apply to your face:
Non pore clogging oily products /Oil free
Won’t clog pores
If you don’t see one of these terms, don’t use the product.
Safflower, Argan oil, Jojoba oil are non comedogenic oils safe to use on your facial skin. As I am more on the natural side of skin care I would suggest to try natural remedies over commercial product.
Cleanse your face twice a day
Clogged pores or an oily complexion can make pores look larger. Cleansing twice daily can unclog pores, prevent clogged pores, and reduce oiliness. When cleansing your face, you’ll want to:
Use warm water. Hot water can irritate your skin, causing pores to look larger.
Gently wash your face. Scrubbing can irritate your skin, causing inflammation. When skin is inflamed, pores tend to be more noticeable.
Find a gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser. Again, you want to do everything you can to stop irritating your skin and stop clogging your pores.
Oil Cleansing method
Now someone is wondering how oil cleanser could work for a face dripping oil? when I first heard about the Oil Cleansing Method ( OCM, for short), I thought it was crazy and unrealistic. That it would never, ever work for my oily, problematic skin. But trust my inquisitive nature, so I gave it a try. And it actuallycame to be my all time favorite. Really good! The theory is that if you want to dissolve oil from your face, use oil. And not just any oil, but the classic Castor Oil which as deep cleansing properties. Then you steam it off with a hot washcloth. It leaves your skin with a lovely rosy glow and deeply cleaned.
Waiting for acne to clear on its own can be quiet frustrating. Without treatment, acne can cause permanent scars, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety and even fatigue.
To avoid these possible outcomes, dermatologists recommend that people treat acne. When the skin clears, treatment should continue. Treatment prevents new breakouts. Your dermatologist can tell you when you no longer need to treat acne to prevent breakouts.
By the way you are beautiful!
Finally What You Should And Should Not Do When You Get A Breakout?
I would rather recommend you don’t panick, here are a few honest and humble questions:
When was your last period and how was the flow?
Age range plays a crusial role too, how old are you?
What is your stress level/hormone? becuase your level / raging hormone could trigger a breakout
How strong is your facial hygiene?
Generally speaking what do you wipe your face with?
Are you presently shoveling lots of greasy, starchy foods and less greens on your dinner plate?
How often do you drink water a day/quantity?
Do you exercise a little/rigorous or you simply move a few fingers and a few toes?
How nasty does your breath smell and how cool is it? nasty breath is often a sign that all is not well in our guts
And what about the gas, do you even pass a few windy gas or you are one gorgeous hurrican Catrina walking about with it loaded safely in your guts?
If you gas a few, how often?
When you gas, do a few or lots of flies and bees including butterflies drop when you release a few abominable wind-kidding!😂
And when you finally go, do you pass poop that is fit to cause 4th -6th world war
Does your poo smell like a baby shampoo or plain lethal (poop is poop)
Ok do you constantly tug, pull and tries to burst your zits/pimples etc?
If you answer 80% affirmative to the questions then you seriously need to see a doctor for all round health check and equally a dermatologist if need be.
Fun is over !
The truth is, it might sound funny but in reality these are signs of one ailment or plain lack of healthy diet of lifestyle which could make it’s way to our face in form of breakouts. Skin can show first signs of some internal problem.
Why Do I React To Organic Skincare Products?
It seems like natural products would be safer for your skin than the sythetic ones you’ve gotten used to. Research shows that when people suddenly swap chemical-based products to 100% organic products the body tend to react. The research proved beyond doubt that although they reacted however, those who continued with the products ended up getting clearer and better skin than those who stopped midway and went back to it others are not so lucky.
People have to be informed of the fact that just because-a product is botanical, that doesn’t meant it’s not going to be an irritant or an allergen
Mona Gohara, MD, associate clinical professor at the Yale University department of dermatology
After all Poison is Ivy’s organic but it’s not good for you.
An important point to remember is that nobody is born allergic!
“Allergies develop over time. Sometimes, people are surprised because they’ve always used a particular product and then one day boom they develop an allergy!.”
Coming right up!
Did you ejoy the post? let me know in your comments.
Do you have acne success story you would like to share and how it was better managed ?
At first, I thought that organic skin care products were just another gimmick; however, after researching skin care products, and the harmful ingredients used in beauty soap and cream making, and the organic industry as well— I decided to start up my own homemade organic skincare products. It has become clear to me that organic products are far from a waste of money, far better, life-saving and also skin-friendly.
There are several reasons why people switch to organic products:
To avoid potentially harmful ingredients that can be absorbed by the skin.
The belief that pure organic ingredients are gentle and more effective than non-organic products.
To save more
Harmful chemicals are the biggest issue in Beauty Products. If you put a chemical on the skin, your skin absorbs those toxins. Many of the chemicals used in these products have never been tested.
They can cause Skin and health problems.
These chemicals can cause irritation and allergic reaction on your skin.
Most of the chemical products contain paraben that’s harmful to our skin. (Paraben can Cause Cancer). Moreover, there are some other chemicals too,
Parabens is not good for an internal layer of our skin. These products can give short term good results only.
Why Try Our Organic Products?
Good question- answer to this question is very straight to the point. Organic skin care products are extremely potent because they’re in their purest form. Since our skin absorbs 60 percent of everything we apply, using products infused with chemicals can cause permanent damage to our skin and health. Organic skin care products contain absolutely no chemicals or parabens thereby proving to be pure and safe for the health of your skin. To switch to an all organic beauty regime
There can be no dispute about the first point. Over 60% of the chemicals that we use on our skin are eventually absorbed into the blood stream. Ingredients like parabens, phthalates, sulfates, PEG compounds, petrochemicals, mineral oils, ethoxylated ingredients, and many others have been linked (by many scientific studies) to various kinds of cancers and illnesses—so why apply these chemicals to your skin? They even use propylene glycol as a preservative (you know, the same gross stuff that’s used in e-cigarettes). In fact, many harsh chemicals used in skin care products can actually cause skin irritations, break outs, and dry skin (which defeats the purpose of skin care to begin with!).
As for the second reason people use organic skin care products, the effectiveness of an organic skincare product really depends on the skincare brand, ingredients, and the product itself. Not all organic products are created equal. Just because a company says that a product is “organic” doesn’t mean that it contains high quality, purely organic ingredients. As the organic craze picks up steam, more and more companies are trying to capitalize on it by making low-quality products which contain almost no organic ingredients and STILL use potentially toxic ingredients.
Avoid this by looking for companies and products that are Certified Organic by a reputable organization (like the USDA, ACO, OFC, Ecocert, homemade products, other notable organic products etc.), contain a high percentage of organic ingredients, and avoid all of the potentially toxic chemicals that I mentioned above. Also, check out homemade organic products they are truly organic.
With all that said, I can say personally that organic skin care products have transformed my skin for the better. I’ve tried a number of my homemade products and I’ve always been surprised at their effectiveness. All while never having to potentially sacrifice my health to achieve great results.

What’s a DIY organic recipe for a spotless face?
Ok time for free tips as usual!
The important thing is that Sylspritzs ingredients are effective and safe. I hope you would agree. I make this mask for my daughter. She has oily skin but it’s tiny rash and dry skin- visible if you take time to look closer. I alternate my treatment on her, since she is still very young and not yet a teen, I use mild yet highly effective scrub on her face and body. Next, I spray her with my hibiscus & red misty spray- (nonstaining) because bentonite clay can be a little aggressive on kids and even adults, however, you may try using but kaolin clay, is much less so.
Note-before you start please cleanse your face properly with warm water
1 table spoon of Kaolin clay or Bentonite or French green clay (of you are notsensitie to Bentonite clay)
1 tablespoon of 100% pure natural Honey
1 tablespoon of Sweet Almond oil, I use Saffron oil (you can substitute this for another oil or if your skin doesn’t like oils you can use water instead)
Mix them all in a little dish and apply to a clean face. Leave for upto half an hour and rinse off. Finish with a dab of rosewater- enjoy your fresh new look!
You can also add a teaspoon of activated charcoal to this mask for extra cleansing power.
The kaolin version is gentle enough to use daily if you want. However the bentonite should be used only once or twice a week if you insist on using Bentonite clay/powder.
Don’t store this mask for longer than 24 hours. If you do store it make certain that it’s covered and in the fridge.
Lastly, some clays like bentonite react with metal so use wooden or plastic spoons. Make this your rule with all clays then you will never forget.
Tomato and Licorice- Licorice is an excellent skin cleanser and brightener. It also helps to firm up the sagging skin. Take 1 tablespoon of licorice powder and 2 teaspoons of tomato juice. Mix well and wash it off after 15 mins of application or when it feels dry.
Egg and rice flour- Break 1 egg in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of rice flour to it. (a tablespoon of honey can go as well). Mix to form a lump-free paste and wash it off after 20 mins of application or when it feels dry.
Papaya or Banana mask- Mash a few pieces of either (or both) of these fruits and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Let it sit onto your face for a good 30 mins and then wash off.
Oatmeal and milk- Yes it makes a good breakfast idea but next time don’t forget to apply some of these on your face too.
Preferable to grind oatmeal and take its powder. Around 1 tablespoon should be good. Add 2 teaspoons of raw milk (any milk should do – almond/coconut) and a teaspoon of honey. Apply in a circular light scrubbing motion for around 5 mins to remove the dead cells. Let it sit for another 10 mins and then was off.
This great formula will give you the desired result.
**Remember to use cold water on your face while rinsing.
Always prefer the products which contain natural ingredients over chemicals. Sylspritzs organic products are crafted using a blend of hand-selected ingredients. You don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals when you order our products.

We are happy to share our cool tips with you and hope to see you back soon- keep in touch, you never know.
Ever gone on a detox diet before? Are you planning on doing it any time soon? Still thinking about it? You should know this first. Although detox dieting depends on the particular detox diet you’re following or about to. Nowadays there are too many of them on the internet, some of them come with interesting packages and with lots of cool tips for you. Some detox involves fasting, drinking liquids while others advice on just taking plain foods, like fruits and vegetables.
Be mindful, you’ll be hungry and may feel weak. Whether or not a detox diet is safe depends on the plan and how long you stay on it.
Not everyone will feel good on low-calorie or poor diets. Potential side effects include low energy, low blood sugar, fatigue, muscle aches, dizziness or lightheaded, and nausea.
Exercise is not necessary at this time because you may not have the energy for since you are not getting enough calories.
1- Rest And Sleep In Important For Your Health
You must never take your “me time ” for granted resting is necessary because it helps your body to regain and regenerate. Lack of it can be fatal. Take a day off to rest or rest intermittently, whatever you do you must rest.
When you rest or sleep your body goes to work, it begins the repair of muscle, organs, and other cells. Good chemicals that strengthen your immune system start to circulate in your blood and your physical and mental processes are carried out, no wonder its called “beauty sleep”. Regular, good quality sleep is important for brain functioning, emotional well-being, physical health, daytime activities, and safety. Research suggests that adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night to be healthy.
2- Drink Clean Water At Least Eight Glass Of 7-8 Per Glasses Per Day
We are going to start with the most important detox which is water, that’s right water is highly necessary to replenish and hydrate our system.
Wait, be careful what water you drink, make sure it’s clean, clear and drinkable and does not contain harmful chlorine or lead! When scientists recognized that adding a small amount of chlorine to drinking water could potentially kill bacteria as well as microbes in the public water system and help slow or even stop the spread of these most harmful water-borne diseases, the idea of adding chlorine to water supplies became popular quickly. Sure, the pipes can be very dirty, and chlorine in the water helps to keep the liquid clean as it goes on its way into homes and offices. Chlorine is also used in the treatment of water that has been shown to contain unsafe levels of a particular strain of bacteria or other dangerous constituents.
But I still have my doubts as to the effects of chlorine in our system any scientists out there care to join me on this?
If you accidentally swallow chlorine, drink milk or water immediately, unless you experience vomiting or convulsions. If you inhale chlorine, seek fresh air as soon as possible. Going to the highest possible ground to seek fresh air is helpful because chlorine is heavier than air.
Drink more water. Of course, do not need to be told to drink water, our system does remind us to do it anyways. Our body is made up of 70 percent water and every adult needs around six to eight glasses of water a day in order to stay hydrated and to help to flush out unneeded toxins. Moreso, there are plenty of reasons to drink water since we need to get rid of what we eat through stool, urine, and sweat glands, and these losses must be replaced daily for good health. In addition to that If you have the bad habit of drinking too little water every day, you may be at higher risk for kidney disease and other disease associated with loss of fluid. So drink up! Add a squeeze of kiwi, cucumber or lemon to add an extra cleansing boost.
3- Eat Organic Food To Maintain Your Skin and Overall Health
Eat organic food to minimize your intake of toxic and pesticides found in Genetically Modified Food (GMO) foods. Organic food provides pure nutrients so your liver can cleanse itself and get rid of harmful toxins. Organic food contains higher amounts of nutrients and quality which also help boost the cleansing effects of the body.
4- Cook Your Own Food Don’t Forget To Get Non-GMO’s
Avoid overeating processed foods eat only organic fresh food if you can manage whilst also eating less red meat, dairy, fried food, and sugary foods.
5- What is Organic?
Simply stated, organic produce and other ingredients are grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation. So, eat lots of vegetables, beans and detox drink.
6- Eat Fiber As Much As Possible
Eat plenty of fiber as much as possible. Consuming cereals, wheat, brown bread, wholemeal pasta, fresh fruit, and vegetables help the digestive system to function better and provide the much-needed stamina and energy needed to carry out daily activities. What’s more, fiber will help keep your in excellent health and as part of a healthy diet that will aid weight loss. Can be used to cleans the body in its most natural form.
7- Reduce Caffeine Intake
Caffeine intake overtime will bring back the wrinkles and tired look if taken in excess. Drink less of caffeinated drinks as these can all dehydrate the body and a dehydrated body will shrivel in the wrong places. Take more of green tea, it will provide you with the most important antioxidants that the body needs, in the most natural way.
8- Avoid The Following- Alcohol, Tobacco and Processed Foods
Smoking and drinking are two lifestyle habits that get a lot of negative criticism in the health industry, and for a good reason too. Over time these can turn into toxins that the body can’t process because they both cause multiple complications with the body that can range from mild to life-threatening. It’s best you forget the two habits i.e if you wish to maintain quality health.
9- Exercise As Often As Necessary
Experts often emphasize the need exercise daily. Exercise is good for improved circulation frankly I don’t see why not since sweating is a means your body discharges toxins, so get that heart racing! Exercise promotes detoxification and boosts your body’s systems. As you exercise, the blood circulates; providing good nutrients to organs and muscles, the end result is a beautiful you!.
10- Make Your Own Smoothies and Juices
Nuts, green veggies, and fruits are delicious in smoothies and juices. Drinking healthy smoothies will help you to consume more alkalizing minerals which will help detoxify your body. Smoothies or juice are an excellent way to get those superfoods into your diet.
When necessary visit a spa & massage shop. It would do you a world of good if you get those senses and rejuvenate. A spa and massage can peel away all aches and pain you have habored for many years all in one go. Get going!
11- Ditch Toxic SkinCare Products
Use organic product and avoid products with too many unknown ingredients. Get familiar with common unhealthy ingredients used in creams claiming to be organic products. Many of these synthetic chemicals are skin irritants, skin penetrators, endocrine disrupters and are carcinogenic. I can’t go through all of these harmful chemicals, but here is a few information for your purview.
Parabens. Parabens are widely used preservatives that prevent the growth of bacteria, mold and yeast in cosmetic products. Sounds good, right? Not so fast, they do more than that. Parabens possess estrogen-mimicking properties that are associated with increased risk of breast cancer. These chemicals are absorbed through the skin and have been identified in biopsy samples from breast tumors. They can be found in makeup, body washes, deodorants, shampoos and facial cleansers. You can also find them in food and pharmaceutical products.
12- Avoid Foods or Cosmectics That Are Diabetes and Cancer Prone
Get plenty of information on what you consume and apply on your precious skin. Read the labels and do a research on what you didn’t understand on the labels such as food preservatives:
Benzoates (such as sodium benzoate)
Nitrites (such as sodium nitrite)
Sulphites (such as sulphur dioxide)
All of these chemicals either inhibit the activity of bacteria or kill the bacteria. Keep a close eye on your food and skincare products also don’t fail to eat your lentils and veggies they are really healthy food you should consider eating more often than junk foods.
I suppose you have made up your mind to take these cool tips to heart, it will surely help you stay healthy, focused when you (sleep & rest), and help you to follow basic steps in healthy lifestyle.
Well, we have come to the end of the article and hope you learned a lot from it. Feel free to share your thoughts on the comment section.
All the best.
P.S Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, See you next year which happens to be tomorrow 1st January 2019.

Warning! Don’t just use any egg yolks in sight on your skin. They are more likely to be contaminated with bacteria than egg whites. Apply with caution if you must use!
Step 1-Cut the the lemon in two, and squeeze our the lemon juice into a clean washed bowl until you get a reasonable amout of juice say about 2 spoonful, use a strainer to catch the seeds into the other small bowl.
Step 2- Now add 1 tablespoon (20ml) of lemon juice and add to the egg whites. Whisk the egg whites and lemon juice together until you have a white, foamy -like mixture.
Step 3- Wash your hands and cleanse your face, patting it dry with a clean towel.
Step 4- apply the egg white mixture evenly over your face. Allow it to dry for about 15 minutes, and then rinse off with warm water. Pat your skin dry with the other clean towel and inspect in the mirror, Voila!
This should leave your skin with a more even refreshing and deep tone. Don’t expect an instant relief it may take a 1-2 weeks to get the required result due to different skin textures and types. Although, it may loosen blackheads and lighten dark spots left by pimples. Don’t forget to apply a light moisturizer to your face to seal in the moisture left in your skin by the mask.
This mixture works well for all above skin conditions.

Introducing Our Very Own 100% Organic Handmade Body and Skin Care Formula
Sylspritzs Organic Body & Skin Care Products are made with a mild sweet range of hydrating essential oils and a combination of 100% handmade organic herbal materials & organic Minerals.
As you well know we just started a line of homemade body care kits. Having research, tried and tested all. We are now ready to sell our products and share cool tips as we go.
First thing first, I had the privy to consult with friends and close family members concerning my concerns and dislike for bleaching products and they gave me very useful and powerful tips now I am sharing them with you.
Stop the crave or deal with it!
Why Bleaching Is Bad For You
Every bleaching product contains two main chemicals, Hydroquinone and mercury, both are toxic. Hydroquinone is a chemical used for photo processing and hair dyes. Mercury is a carcinogen. These products both work in the short term to lighten the skin by stopping the production of melanin in the body. The more melanin you have in your body, the darker your skin.
Doctors suggest that the two toxic chemicals, Hydroquinone and mercury, react with ultraviolet rays and lead to more pigmentation and premature aging. The more this product is used, the less melanin the body produces, and this leads to an increased risk for skin cancer. Also, continued use of hydroquinone, will roughen the skin, making it look like an uneven patch of colors with a spotted appearance.
According to the general belief-
People who bleach their skin to lighten their skin tone are believed to silently suffer from low self-esteem. Before attempting to use skin-whitening products, we suggest you to ask yourself if it is worth the risk!
Also bleaching your skin may result to the following:
Dark grey spots
Acne & swelling of the skin
Thinning of the skin
Neurological and kidney damage due to a high level of mercury used in the creams
There have been several cases of permanent tissue damage as well. I would recommend you to switch to natural bath and body products which are in turn gentle, supple and glowing with sparkling effect all 100% handmade natural products.

So, the question arises.
How To Get Rid of Acne Naturally?
When your body’s glands overproduce oils, they combine with the dead skin cells. This blocks the pores and the hair follicles. Then the bacteria begins to grow in the clogged pores, causing a breakout.
Wash your face twice a day. Cleaning the face often will keep the oil production low, kill bacteria and rinse away the dead skin cells. Make sure to wash your face gently because if it is vigorously done, it can irritate the skin and aggravate breakouts. Use any face wash which suits you (Sylspritz Tea Tree Facial Wash Coming Soon).

There are several deodorants and body sprays in the shops, malls, and open markets some promised to keep you up to 48hrs dry and fresh but fail to do just that others keep their promise but not without a price, as in, their products is not at all safe.
Common Deodorant Mistakes
This simply means using or mix-spraying anything and everything that might make you smell like an Egyptian Mummy. As for me, I’ve got a different take on it, the worst deodorant mistakes are the ones most brands make using harmful materials to thus; making consumers unhealthy. There are risks involved in this type of deodorants such as interference with the PH balance and clogging pores, which in turns might lead to build-up, and possibly putting the user at risk for health problems. What’s more, once you stop using it you smell even worse.
